Terms of Use

Eligibility

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rizz Atlas mobile application (the "App"), operated by Unhinged Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 17 years old to use the App; by using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service

Rizz Atlas provides entertainment content, including conversation starters and pickup lines across multiple languages and styles. All content is provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about outcomes of any kind resulting from use of the content.

Subscriptions and Payment

Auto-renewing subscriptions. Rizz Atlas Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: monthly at USD $6.99/month or annual at USD $29.99/year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase).

Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at support.apple.com/billing.

Restore purchases. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use "Restore Purchases" in the App to regain access to an active subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the App's content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; or use the App's content to harass, deceive, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

The App and all content within it, including text, design, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. CONTENT IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; cancel any active subscription through your Apple ID settings.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
